Capital project improvements creating lasting facility improvements with the goal of benefitting every student and to support student learning and hire additional teachers are outlined below.  Projects include updates across the district for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.

Strategy 6 of the district’s Strategic Plan states we will strategically focus resources to support state-of-the-art facilities to accomplish beliefs, missions, and objectives. Shawnee Mission’s objective is that every student will have a personalized learning plan that will prepare them for college and careers with the interpersonal skills they need for life success.
