Shawnee Mission School District
The first day of school for students in grades 1-6, 7, 9, and 12 is on Tuesday, September 8. This is an early dismissal day for students in grades 1-6. Pre-Kindergarteners and Kindergarteners will have conferences on September 8 and 9.
Students in Grades 8, 10, and 11 will begin school on Wednesday, September 9.
The first day of school for Pre-Kindergartners and Kindergartners will be on Thursday, September 10.
Students and families will receive schedule information from their home school.
