Paraprofessionals
Paraprofessionals assist teachers with educational and non-educational activities. This may include small groups of individual students in teacher-planned instructional activities. They also assist with scoring and checking papers and preparing and copying materials.
Aides
Aides may serve educational or clerical roles and assist the building staff with professional duties as assigned by the school’s principal. Duties may include library aide, classroom support, clerical production, and record-keeping.
