The Shawnee Mission School District (SMSD) is working with community partners to host FREE vaccination clinics in our schools. An additional opportunity has been scheduled on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
Here are the clinics coming up:
December 20, 2021: 5-7 p.m.
Center for Academic Achievement
8200 W. 71st St, Overland Park, KS
Jan. 18, 5-7pm Dose 2
StoneLion Puppet Theater will perform for attendees at this event.
December 21, 2021: 1-3 p.m.
Roesland Elementary
4900 Parish Drive, Roeland Park KS
Jan. 14, 3:30-5:30 p.m. Dose 2
January 13, 2022: 3:30-7pm
Crestview Elementary
6101 Craig St., Merriam, KS
Feb. 9, 3:30-7pm Dose 2
Clinic Details:
- All clinics offer first doses and second doses to individuals 5 years old and up. Boosters will be available for eligible individuals 16 and over.
- Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available at each clinic as supplies are available.
- Clinics are open to SMSD students and their family members, and SMSD staff and their family members. Clinics are also advertised publicly and community members may attend.
- If you have it, please bring your insurance card, driver’s license/proof of address, and COVID vaccination card (for Dose 2 and boosters).
- If you forget your vaccination card, another one will be provided to you.
- Remember to wear clothing that allows access to the upper arm/shoulder.
- Parents are required to attend and provide consent for vaccination of children under eighteen years of age.

Detalles de la clínica:
- Todas las clínicas ofrecerán la 1 y 2 dosis a individuos de 5 años y mayores. También los refuerzos para 16 años o mayores.
- Las vacunas Pfizer y Moderna estarán disponibles en las clínicas hasta que se acaben.
- Las clínicas están abiertas para los estudiantes y familiares del distrito. También para familiares del personal de SMSD. Las clínicas están publicadas y disponibles a la comunidad.
- Si usted posee una identificación de su seguro médico, licencia de conducir, cartilla de vacunación de COVID ( para la 2da dosis o refuerzo) por favor tráigalos.
- Si usted se olvida su cartilla de vacunación, nosotros le proporcionaremos una.
- Recuerde vestirse con ropa adecuada para vacunarse en el brazo/hombro.
- Es mandatorio que los padres estén presente con el consentimiento para los hijos menores de 18 años
