Community members can learn more about non-teaching opportunities in the Shawnee Mission School District at a job fair on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the Center for Academic Achievement, 8200 W. 71st St. The job fair will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This will be for positions such as Operations and Maintenance, Food Service, Paraeducators and Aides, and Information and Communication Technology.
Learn about the benefits of these positions, like school hours, paid holidays, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid sick leave. Shawnee Mission employees also can utilize the district fitness center and health clinic at the Center for Academic Achievement.
At the job fair, attendees can walk through the application process and complete a quick screen interview.
