This year the Broadmoor Bistro turns 21! In celebration of this momentous event, the student-run restaurant will be hosting a culinary homecoming. Six talented Bistro alumni will be returning to serve a five-course dinner with passed hor d’oevres.
Entrepreneurial leadership instructor Matt Ziegenhorn shared that current Bistro students will be given the opportunity to work side by side with the guest chefs and learn about their culinary journey since their time in the Broadmoor program.
“These experiences help our students broaden their ability to take direction from someone other than their typical culinary instructors. Guests should come prepared to be wowed by the food, enjoy meeting and learning from current and former Bistro students, and to celebrate with friends and family over a delicious meal,” expressed Ziegenhorn.
The dinner will be held at the Broadmoor Bistro on October 27, starting at 6:00 p.m. Tickets for the event are available online at bistro2021.eventbrite.com.
