September 16, 2022 is Lancer Day!
Students and staff joined a parade, traveling from Shawnee Mission East High School to The Shops of Prairie Village. This year, parade participants decorated floats and wore costumes related to the movies. Of course with Lancer fans cheering along Mission Road, there was plenty of Columbia blue to be seen, too.
At the conclusion of the parade, the Lancers held a pep rally, giving everyone a chance to show school spirit and warm up for the varsity football game with Lawrence High School at Shawnee Mission School District Stadium, North location.
