Back-to-School Clinic Appointments Available for Students

The Health Partnership Clinic, a school-based health clinic for Shawnee Mission School District students and their siblings, is offering opportunities to help students start the school year healthy. To schedule your appointment, call 913-648-2266.

The clinic is open throughout the school year on Mondays from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. starting August 18.

Students can visit the clinic for back-to-school appointments such as:

·                School and Sports Physicals

·                Well-Child Checkups

·                Immunizations

·                Dental Screenings

·                Fluoride Treatments

Back-to-school appointments are available at the following times:

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 4

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 11

Types of Insurance Accepted: Insurance, including KanCare/Medicaid is accepted. Financial assistance is available to uninsured children who qualify. 

What to bring to the appointment:

·                Driver’s license or Picture ID card

·                Insurance card (if insured)

·                Copay - credit, debit, cash, or check accepted

·                Immunization records, if available

·                Medication list
