Shawnee Mission culinary students of the Broadmoor Bistro will host their February Guest Chef Mentor Series Dinner for guests on Wednesday, February 26.
Chef Al Ives, Chef de Cuisine at Alley Cat Oyster Bar of Cleveland, OH, will be the guest chef mentor. Click here to view the menu or make reservations.
Students and Chef Ives will prepare a five-course menu, along with numerous passed appetizers. The menu features seafood and regionally inspired cuisine Chef Ives has tailored while working for Cleveland Restaurateur, Zach Bruell.
The event begins with passed appetizers at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26 at the Broadmoor Bistro, 8200 W. 71st Street, Overland Park, KS 66204 at the Center for Academic Achievement.
The Broadmoor Bistro is the center for culinary arts education in the Shawnee Mission School District.
