The 8th Annual Culinary Homecoming Dinner on Oct. 2 will feature alumni chef, Elise Landry. A 2010 graduate of Broadmoor, her menu will feature big flavors from around the world highlighting her travels. Make a reservation here.
Landry forwent culinary school to work in kitchens all over the world from the Berkshires in Massachusetts to farms in South America. She also she spent several years at the Rieger in Kansas City and later became the sous chef at Ca Va.
In May of 2017 she traveled to Orcas Island, Washington, and worked at Hogstone restaurant. During the winter months she moved to New Orleans and worked at Compere Lapin and Cochon Butcher.
