District Leader Elected to KSHSAA Board of Directors

Dr. Michelle Hubbard
Shawnee Mission School District

Michelle Hubbard, assistant superintendent for leadership and learning, has been elected to serve on the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Board of Directors.

KSHSAA is comprised of more than 350 high schools and more than 400 middle schools in Kansas and administers interscholastic activities, festivals, and competitions.

Hubbard was elected by the Sunflower League to serve on the KSHSAA Board of Directors based on leadership she has demonstrated locally and statewide. The Board of Directors makes rules and bylaws for the KSHSAA organization and includes education leaders from throughout the state.

Hubbard joins the board as Annette Gonzales, associate principal at SM North, completes a term of service on the Board of Directors.
