In collaboration with Health Partnership Clinic (HPC), the Shawnee Mission School District’s school-based clinic at Merriam Park Elementary provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to all Shawnee Mission School District students. 

Tuesday afternoon walk in hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The medical provider performs the following:

·       Sick visits

·       School physicals

·       Well-child check-ups

·       Immunizations

·       Lab/blood work

·       Asthma care

·       Strep/flu testing

·       Behavioral health care

·       Dental cleanings and check-up during medical visits

·       Nutritional guidance

·       Annual sports physicals

Wednesday morning appointments are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  The medical provider performs medication management for behavioral health for established patients only. Patients must be referred by HPC behavioral health provider.

The clinic is open only to Shawnee Mission School District students and their siblings ages birth to 18 years.
