Enrollment for Shawnee Mission School District Summer Enrichment is open. The program offers a variety of educational opportunities for students in June and July, designed to give students a chance to explore and discover new interests while learning.

This year, a new series of STEAM Classes will be offered at the Center for Academic Achievement for students currently in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade, including Animation, Biotechnology, Camp CARE, Engineering, and Game Design.

Students can also spend time learning and exploring art, music, technology, science and nature, theatre, and more at Indian Woods Middle School.

Classes are open to students in pre-kindergarten through seventh grade. Morning sessions are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Early, late care, and lunch care options are available. Classes will be held weekly from June 10 to July 26, but there will be no classes held the week of July 1. Summer Lunch Bunch will be available to students who are taking classes at Indian Woods Middle School.
