Students and families are invited to engage in activities that feature Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math or STEAM projects. Check out some ideas in this video.
Think about a project, experiment, or art piece you can design and share. The focus is on sharing fun activities and interesting projects you are working on at home. Students may also share projects you completed in school during the first semester.

May 2020 is the 58th year of the Research and Development (R&D) Forum in Shawnee Mission. This year with our continuous learning model, R&D is going virtual.
Share and showcase any STEAM-related activities by posting on Twitter under the hashtag #SMSDRandD on May 1-3. Post your pictures or videos anytime over the weekend.
