High School students from across the metro gathered at Shawnee Mission East this week to make future education plans at this year’s Shawnee Mission College Clinic.
It’s an event that has been hosted for local students for more than 50 years. The event provides an opportunity for attendees to speak with and hear from representatives from more than 200 colleges and universities from across the country. Students are able to sign up for more information, collect resources, and speak face-to-face with individuals with first-hand knowledge about the colleges and universities represented.
As the higher education planning process continues, students are encouraged to continue conversation with their counselors. This College Clinic Tips and Resources webpage also provides a series of resources for students and their family members to reference.
