Apple Distinguished Schools showcase innovative uses of technology in learning, teaching, and the school environment, and have documented results of academic accomplishment.

“We are proud of these elementary school communities for being recognized as Apple Distinguished Schools,” Superintendent Dr. Mike Fulton said. “Our commitment to every learner we serve becoming a success-ready graduate is at the heart of our work. We congratulate these school communities for the many innovative, creative, and collaborative ways they are helping students prepare for a future that is yet unknown.”

This is a second designation for these three Shawnee Mission Schools, who are also joined by Bluejacket-Flint Elementary School and Rosehill Elementary School, who were recognized as Apple Distinguished Schools for 2017-19.
