In the 2017-18 school year, this group of students earned honorable mentions in the Toshiba/National Science Teachers Association ExploraVision competition. This contest challenges students to think of future technology that could be developed to solve an issue.

This group of Rosehill students, who were second-graders at the time, built a prototype to help individuals wash their hands properly. A group of fourth-graders from Rosehill also was recognized with an honorable mention in the national competition. They created a prototype for headphones that would make individuals more aware of their surroundings in order to keep them safe.
