- Plant Anatomy & Physiology: Understanding how plants function, reproduce, and adapt to different climates.
- Soil Chemistry: Analyzing soil composition, nutrient cycles, and the role of microorganisms in supporting life.
- Composting: Recycling organic waste into nutrient-rich soil through natural decomposition.
- Hydroponics: Growing plants in nutrient-rich water instead of using soil.
- Community Partnerships: Support organizations fighting food insecurity in our community.
- Greenhouse Management: Learning the business and technical side of running a commercial-grade nursery, including irrigation systems and pest management.
