Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Fall and Spring Semesters: If withdrawal from the e-course is completed within the first two weeks of an eSchool semester, no record will appear on the transcript. If withdrawal occurs after the first two weeks but prior to the last two weeks of the eSchool semester, the record will show the e-course and a notation of withdrawal will be made as WP (withdrawn, passing grade, no credit). Students may not withdraw from an e-course during the last two weeks of the eSchool semester and will receive the grade earned.

Fall 2019 Semester: If withdrawal from the e-course is made by 9/17/19, no record will appear on the transcript. If a withdrawal request is made after 9/17 but before midnight on 11/19/19, the record will show the e-course and a notation of withdrawal will be made as WP (withdrawn, passing grade, no credit). Any withdrawal requests made after 11/19/19 will not be honored and students will receive the grade earned on transcript.

Summer Semester: If withdrawal from the summer e-course is completed within the first week of the semester, no record will appear on the transcript. If withdrawal occurs after the first week but prior to the last week of eSchool, the record will show the e-course and a notation of withdrawal as WP (withdrawn, passing grade, no credit). Students may not withdraw from a summer eSchool course during the last week and will receive the grade earned.
