Student Transcripts and Records

Graduates and former Shawnee Mission School District students submit their transcript requests through Parchment. Shawnee Mission School District has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Please click on the link associated with the last Shawnee Mission high school that you attended. There is a small fee charged when you order your transcript through Parchment.  Note: Parchment is solely for graduates and former Shawnee Mission School District students. Any order submitted for a student still currently attending the Shawnee Mission School District will be canceled.

Graduates and former students seeking student records other than transcripts, immunizations, and 504 plans should direct their request to the District's Student Records Office.

Current/Active students can submit their transcript requests for colleges/universities through Xello. Requests from active students that are submitted through Xello are free.  Ordering transcripts through Xello is only available to active students.

Parents of current/active students can submit their records requests directly to their school. Former students can submit their request for elementary and middle school records to the Student Records Office. 

To request general education records, please contact the following staff:
Former students or during school breaks, the Student Records Office.
Current students, your school's Registrar for middle and high school or Secretary for elementary school.
