Withdrawal & Refund Policy 2019

Summer Academy is financially self-supported through student tuition. Fees are NOT refunded if credit is lost due to excessive absences, failure to appear for class, or poor quality work. If a student is withdrawn from a class for any reason (other than the class is canceled), they will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. There are no refunds after the deadline date. A written or email request from the parent is required for a withdrawal or refund to charlenesimmons@smsd.org.    

•    Last day to switch semesters if space available: May 13, 2019
•    Last day to request a first semester refund: May 13, 2019
•    Last day to request a second semester refund: June 10, 2019
•    No refund if you enroll after the refund dates.
•    NO EXCEPTIONS
