Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Summer Academy is financially self-supported through student tuition. Fees are NOT refunded if credit is lost due to excessive absences, failure to appear for class, or poor quality work. If a student is withdrawn from a course for any reason (other than the class is canceled), they will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. There are no refunds after the deadline date. A written or email request from the guardian is required for a withdrawal or refund to the Summer Programs office.    

•    Last day to switch sessions if space available: May 17, 2024
•    Last day to request a first session refund: May 17, 2024
•    Last day to request a second session refund: June 13, 2024
•    No refund if you enroll after the refund dates.
