Enrollment Information
Full payment is due at enrollment. We cannot accept partial payments or payment plans. Online payments not received within 24 hours of enrollment will automatically result in removal of student from the class(es). All online transactions will be charged a $3.00 convenience fee.
All July enrollments must be enrolled and paid by July 11, 2025. Enrollments and payments cannot be accepted after this date. Skyward Arena Scheduling will no longer be available effective July 14, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
Once payment has been made, all class changes, drops and refunds should be requested from the Summer Programs office. No class changes will be available after July 11, 2025.
Tuition
Tuition for each class is $100 per week for all students. Early Care and Lunch Care is $20. Early Care, Lunch Care and the Food Service Summer Lunch program are not available at the CAA satellite location.

Note: Due to the Juneteenth holiday, SMSD offices and programs will be closed on June 19th and 20th. This session is prorated at a rate of $60 per session (or $120 for a.m. & p.m. sessions).
Where to Enroll
Summer enrollment begins February 6, 2025 and continues until the class is full or in session. Options for enrollment are below.
1. Online via Skyward Arena Scheduling (for existing SMSD students or if you are out of district, but had previously enrolled in Summer Enrichment) - Enroll online via Skyward Family Access Arena Scheduling (See enrollment tutorial here.) Skyward Arena Scheduling will no longer be available effective July 14, 2025, 12:00 noon.
2. Have a new Skyward account created - Please email theresagonzalez@smsd.org the following information:
- Student's birth certificate
- Parent ID
- Student's immunization records
- Student Physical (if 8 years old or younger)
- Copy of enrollment form. Forma en Español

For all enrollment options: Photo release, technology, and health history forms must be completed in Skyward. Immunizations must be sent or updated in person, by mail, or by email prior to the student attending class.
