Step 2: Have your student's previous school (if it is not an SMSD school) send your student's school records for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years to TransferRecords@smsd.org. These records must include grades, itemized attendance, and discipline records (if there is no discipline record, have school send confirmation of no discipline record).
