Gold Cards
Gold cards are available to patrons living within the Shawnee Mission School District boundaries who are age 60 and older. Gold card members receive free admission to all events at Shawnee Mission high schools, except play-off tournament games sponsored by the Kansas State High School Activities Association, and fine arts activities that are not sponsored by the schools. Please check with the school to reserve tickets for fine arts events with limited seating.

As a gold card holder, we encourage individuals to review Shawnee Mission's Fine Arts calendar for a list of upcoming musical and dramatic events. Athletic event calendars can be found here:

To be eligible for the Gold Card Club membership, the applicant must be:

        1) 60 years of age or older, and a resident of the Shawnee Mission School District; OR

        2) a retired Shawnee Mission School District employee.

Gold Cards may be obtained:

  • Print & Mail in Application Here - Please allow 5-7 days for processing and USPS delivery.
  • In-Person - Please bring drivers license to:

    The office is generally open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
