Voluntary Life Insurance

• Eligible employees will automatically receive 1.5 times your annual salary through KPERS. An additional voluntary life policy may be purchased through The Standard in increments of $10,000 units.
• Eligible employees may select to cover a spouse and dependent children as well.  
• The district does not contribute to the cost of the premium.
• Monthly premiums will be payroll deducted on an after-tax basis.
